Associacion De Puertorriqueños En Marcha, Inc. (APM) petitions for review of an order of the Deputy Secretary for Administration of the Pennsylvania Depart*754ment of Health (DOH) that revoked its license to operate an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility. APM asserts DOH abused its discretion in revoking its license on the grounds it violated four regulatory requirements for drug and alcohol treatment facilities. As DOH’s determination is supported by substantial evidence and in accordance with applicable law, we affirm.
