The appeal herein is from a judgment entered by the trial court granting the motion of the defendants to dismiss the complaint of the plaintiff for the reason that it failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.

Defendant Gale H. Astles is the president and sole stockholder of defendant State Aerial Farm Statistics, Inc. In 1973, plaintiff Schmidt filed suit against State Aerial Farm Statistics and Gale H.
