The defendant, Christopher Keith, was indicted on one count of reckless homicide (111. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 38, par. 9 — 3(a)), one count of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) (111. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 951/2, par. 11— 501(d)(3)), and one count of driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.10 or more (111. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 951/2, par. 11 — 501(a)(1)).
