This is, in part, an appeal by Berkshire Fashions, Inc., (“Berkshire”) from a decision ** of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (“TTAB” or “the Board”) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office dated April 27, 1988, in Opposition No. 69,529, which sustained Sara Lee Corporation’s (“Sara Lee”) opposition to registration by Berkshire of the trademark ENERGIZER on gloves.
