This action was brought by. Mary E. Kennett to set aside the will of her father, John C. Kennett, who departed this life March 30,1910, having executed the instrument six days before. The plaintiff testified that she lived with her father as a member of the family until she was about thirty years of age. Her mother died when she was four, and when she was nineteen her father remarried.
