Appellees filed this suit against appellants for the title and possession of 199 acres of land in Hamiltón county. Appellees alleged that on or about December 11, 1922, they were the owners of the land in fee -simple, occupying and using same as their homestead; that on said date they executed a. deed to the land to appellants for a recited consideration of $4,000, to be paid $500 in cash and $3,500 to be paid by the conveyance by appellants to appellees of one acre of land with a house thereon, situated fn Avalon, Ellis county, Tex., free of incum-brance, and, in addition, that appellants…
