Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Chemung County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

As related in the misbehavior report, various items, including blank letterhead from the chambers of a county judge and that of a District Court’s clerk, as well as blank notice of time and place of hearing papers which order that an inmate appear in court, were confiscated during a search of petitioner’s cell.
