This Court granted certiorari to review several issues which have heretofore been unaddressed by an appellate court.

This case has a somewhat lengthy appellate history. The petitioner was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appealed to the Court of Criminal Appeals asserting six grounds for reversal. That Court, after treating some of the issues raised, reversed the judgment of conviction.
