This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Montgomery County dismissing an appeal from the order of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board refusing appellant’s application for a new restaurant liquor license.

The appellant applied for a new restaurant liquor license for 281-283 Montgomery Avenue, Lower Merion Township. The premises sought to be licensed were at that time 298.02 feet from a church which protested against the granting of the license.
