This matter comes on to be heard on a motion to dismiss filed by the defendants on September 30, 1975, and taken under submission by the Court on November 24, 1975. The plaintiff, Stonewall Insurance Company (Stonewall) seeks a declaratory judgment on a marine insurance policy. 1 The defendants, William 0.
