The plaintiff, Lucille S. Dowey, appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court, York County, on Count II of her amended complaint that, pursuant to Rule 80B of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure, sought re view of her dismissal by the defendant, Sanford Housing Authority (SHA), as Secretary and Executive Director of the SHA.
