Estella Roberts and Bertha Burden, former nontenured teachers in the Van Burén Public Schools (School District) whose contracts were not renewed, appeal from a final order entered in the District Court1 for the Western District of Arkansas denying their motion for a preliminary injunction requiring the School District to reinstate them.
