Appellant P & P Industries, Inc. (P & P) appeals from an order and judgment of the district court confirming an arbitration award in favor of Appellee Sutter Corporation (Sutter). This case presents three issues, two of which concern the district court’s power to confirm the award, and one of which concerns the merits of the district court’s confirmation of the award.
