This is an appeal by the Missouri Pacific Freight Transport Company from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County affirming an order of the Public Service Commission,' hereafter called the commission. No issue is in dispute which is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the supreme court and this court has jurisdiction. Sec*365tions 3 and 13, Article V, Constitution 1945, V.A.M.S.
