This is an original application to the supreme court wherein the defendants and appellants ask this court to issue an order staying execution of a judgment entered against the defendants on September 21, 1954, and staying all proceedings thereunder.

This litigation is in the form of a summary proceeding maintained and determined under the provisions of Section 10-0518, ND'RC 1943:
