[¶ 1] Dayle Lynn Johnson, operator of the Village Pub in Parsonsfield, appeals from judgments of conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (Class C), 17-A M.R.S. § 1103(1-A)(E) (2008), and cultivating marijuana (Class D), 17-A M.R.S. § 1117(1)(B)(3) (2008), entered by the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) upon her conditional guilty pleas. She argues that the court erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of a search warrant that was based in part on information obtained through an immediately preceding administrative inspection of her pub.…
