{1 This is an appeal from a judgment in equity in favor of The City Of Enid, Okla homa (City) and against Manufacturers Guild, Inc. (Owner), allowing demolition of Owner's building and denying Owner's in-junetive request to prohibit its destruction and allow Owner to complete repairs.
