MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court upon the motion of the United States Trustee (the “UST”) to review attorney fees, cancel fee agreement and order fees returned to the Debtor (“Debtor”), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 329(b). The motion is opposed by the Debtor’s counsel, Susan Gray, Esq. (“Attorney Gray”), and is also opposed, purportedly, by the Debtor.
