In this Order, we address procedural issues relating to Donald Taylor’s appeal of the trial court’s finding under section 263.405(d)(3) of the Family Code that his appeal is frivolous. See Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 263.405(d)(3) (Vernon Supp. 2007).
