FORET, Judge..This is a suit in which plaintiff, Hubert DeCuir, sought to recover disability benefits, plus penalties and attorney fees under an insurance policy issued by the defendant. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the defendant, dismissing plaintiff’s suit. Plaintiff has appealed from that judgment.
