In an action to foreclose a *450mechanic’s lien, the defendants Dreamer Realty Corp. and Henry Bergman appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Polizzi, J.), dated November 22, 1999, as denied those branches of their motion which were to dismiss the amended complaint and for a more definite statement in the complaint, and granted that branch of the plaintiffs’ cross motion which was for leave to amend the notice of mechanic’s lien.
