This matter comes before the court on Application for Appointment of Arbitrator brought by petitioners, Laborers’ District Council of Eastern Pennsylvania and Local 1174, Laborers’ International Union of North America, AFL-CIO (petitioners). The application is made pursuant to section 73051. of the Uniform Arbitra-1 tion Act.2 Respondent, Anastasi Brothers Corpora*214tion, argues that the Uniform Arbitration is inapplicable to this action and, therefore, the application must be denied. For the reasons which follow, we disagree with respondent and grant petitioners’ application.
