Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Mogavero, Jr., J.), rendered November 17, 1986, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of two counts of the crime of forgery in the second degree.

*921In April 1986, defendant was indicted for seven counts of the crime of forgery in the second degree. Defendant subsequently pleaded guilty to two counts of the indictment in full satisfaction of the charges against him.
