This action was brought by appellee Risinger against appellant and the Model Life Insurance Company, to recover upon a contract of life insurance, made between the Model Life Insurance Company and Charles L. Risinger,, for the benefit of appellee, and whose risks were alleged to have been reinsured by appellant.
