Affirming.
This appeal is from a judgment of the Oldham circuit court, sustaining the will of Charles it. Stoll, contested by his nephew, Clarence Stoll, and one or more nieces, on the grounds of mental incapacity and undue influence. At the conclusion of the evidence for the contestants the court, on motion, directed a verdict for the propounders of the will, and the contestants appeal.
The will is dated November 12, 1921, and was probated on the 21st day of J anuary, 1924. After providing for the appointment of an executor the contested paper reads: “And…
