Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered December 15, 1978 in Schoharie County, which denied appellant’s motion to disqualify Nicholas J. Grasso, as attorney for respondents. The merits of these five actions are not at issue here and only a brief account of the facts is necessary for the purposes of this appeal. The respondents, Mr. and Mrs. Dietz, were the owners of certain real property and stock in the corporation that managed the property.
