MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
VIRGINIA EMERSON HOPKINS, District Judge.
Before the court is a Motion to Compel Arbitration (Doc. 7) filed by Defendant *1265Cintas Corporation (“Cintas”) on January 3, 2013. The court has also considered the arguments made by Plaintiff Marie King (“Ms. King”) in her Response (Doc. 9) and by Cintas in its Reply (Doc. 10). The parties have fully briefed the motion, and thus it is ripe for consideration. For the following reasons, Cintas’s Motion is GRANTED. The court will stay proceedings while the matter is pending arbitration.
