MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ORRICK, District Judge.
This action calls upon the Court to consider the limitations on its jurisdiction under the federal antitrust laws. Plaintiffs, the partnership of Canadian American Oil Company and Fred Tautenhan, were former dealers of Union Oil Company of California (Union) gasoline. They ¿liege that defendant has enforced and conspired to enforce a resale price maintenance scheme in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. § 1) (the Act).
