Michael G. Frankowski (Frankowski) petitions this Court for review of the State Civil Service Commission’s (Commission) March 14, 2012 order directing the removal of Frankowski’s name from any and all eligibility lists certified to the Department of Labor and Industry (Department) for the position of Unemployment Compensation Claims Intermittent Intake interviewer for a period of one year.
