In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the plaintiffs appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Santucci, J.), dated June 14, 1989, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2), as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated September 19, 1989, as, upon granting reargument, (a) adhered to the prior determination and (b) denied the plaintiffs leave to serve an amended complaint.
