OPINION

Tex. Gov't Code § 501.0081 requires an "inmate who alleges that time credited on the inmate's sentence is in error" to first present this claim to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) office of time credit resolution. See Ex parte Stokes, 15 S.W.3d 532, 532-33 (Tex.Cr.App. 2000).
