Spatt, Judge, dismissing his complaint, brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1994), against defendants Joseph L. Sciarrotta and Diane Eich, employees of the Department of Probation of Nassau County, New York, for submitting an allegedly inaccurate presentence report to the Nassau County Court in connection with Hili’s conviction in that court.
