S. J. Brazelton, J. R. Evans and W. L. Blanton, as trustees for the subordinate lodge of the Grand Lodge of Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Texas, situated in the city of Gainesville, Tex., known as Red River Lodge No. 344, have appealed from an order of the district court of Oooke county ■ refusing them a writ of mandamus, for which they had sued, requiring J.
