Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Nichols, J.), entered July 16, 2010 in Columbia County, which denied petitioner’s application pursuant to CPLR 7511 to vacate an arbitration award.
Petitioner was a tenured physical education teacher employed by respondent. As a result of two incidents, respondent filed charges against petitioner pursuant to Education Law § 3020-a. A Hearing Officer found petitioner guilty of two charges and *1358recommended termination of his employment.
