Bermes v. Sylling

Plaintiff Bernard J. Bermes filed this action in the District Court of the Fourteenth Judicial District, Wheatland County, on December 6, 1976, seeking money damages from defendants Hans O. and Rose C. Sylling (Sylling) for their refusal to execute and deliver a deed to certain real property in Golden Valley and Wheatland Counties.
