C., American Corporate Health Assistance, Inc. and Life Extension, Inc. to provide plaintiff’s counsel with certain portions of a nontestifying expert’s report, unanimously modified, on the law, the facts and in the exercise of discretion, by striking that portion of the order which directed discovery of said report, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
