The Law Office of David B. Gold has moved the court to set aside its earlier orders1 and to substitute the Gold firm as class counsel in place of Lowey, Dannen-berg, Bemporad & Selinger, P.C. The Gold firm contends that the Lowey bid was unethical and competitive selection of class counsel and determination of their compen*641sation illegal.
