REINHARD, Judge.

Defendant appeals after his conviction by a jury of one count of second degree robbery, *269§ 569.030, RSMo 1994. The court sentenced him as a prior and persistent offender to a prison term of twenty years. We affirm as modified.

The record reveals that on December 18, 1994, David Nelson noticed the passenger window of his GMC Suburban had been broken.
