ROSS, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff, Iowa Electric Light and Power Company (Iowa Electric), an electric utility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, filed this lawsuit in the Northern District of Iowa, 1 seeking injunctive relief and specific performance of a contract under which defendant Atlas Corporation (Atlas) was to supply plaintiff with uranium ore concentrates, i, e., uranium “yellowcake.” Atlas submitted a counterclaim for equitable price adjustment after contesting the court’s jurisdiction over its person under the Iowa long-arm statute, Iowa Code § 617.3.
