The plaintiff seeks, by an action of ejectment, to recover from the defendants a life estate in certain land sold by the sheriff of Blair county to the defendants. That the plaintiff had a life estate under the will of a former husband is not denied. The question is whether or not that .estate passed by a sale by the sheriff to the defendants. That such a sale was *130made, and a deed in accordance therewith was executed and delivered by the sheriff to the defendants, is not denied.
