In this action brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1336 (amended by Act of Jan. 2, 1975, Pub.L. No. 93-584, § 1, 88 Stat. 1917)1 plaintiff trucking companies Aime Bellavance & Sons, Inc.
