On November 30, 1901, John U, Harpham recovered a judgment by confession against Tribbey J. Stiekell in the Whiteside Circuit Court, and sued out an execution upon said judgment and placed it in the hands of Andrew K. Haberer, sheriff of said county. On December 26, 1901, the sheriff levied said execution upon certain horses, cattle, farming utensils, hay, straw and oats, as the property of Stiekell. The next day Frank W.
