Opinion By Justice MYERS.
This is an interlocutory appeal from a temporary injunction. Appellants, Yosef Retta, Mulualem Fantahun, Dr. Girma Wolde Rufael, Abebe Ewnetu, Eyoel Neg-ga, Abera Fitta, Mrs. Tewabech Tadesse, Mr. Bizuayehu Getachew, and Mrs. Solome Mekonnen, are members of the board of trustees of The Ethiopian Orthodox Te-wahedo Debre Meheret St. Michael’s Church in Dallas. Appellees are former members of the church. The trial court granted a temporary injunction enjoining appellants from prohibiting any person from entering the church and peaceably participating in worship…
