The defendant appeals from a judgment for electric power furnished by the plaintiff, who alleged a right to recover both on contract and on quantum meruit. The defendant denied that the contract was authorized, but the court expressly found that it was. While testimony was offered as to the value of the power furnished, no finding as to this was made.
