Wilson Dennis Graves was convicted of armed robbery in the hijack of an Adel Grocery Company truck in Orilla. On appeal he enumerates error on general grounds, on the trial court’s refusal to direct a verdict of acquittal for fatal variance in the indictment and proof, and on errors in admitting his statement of confession.
