At the conclusion of the hearing of this case, June 28th, 1915, it was announced that a decree would be awarded to the com*364plainant for the full amount of its claim. Reasons therefor were given sufficient, for tire time being, to enable counsel to formulate the decree. An appeal has been taken, and a request has been made for a fuller statement of view,s, as was intimated, would he done if the cause were to be reviewed.
