This appeal, originally taken to the Supreme Court but transferred here for lack of jurisdiction, involves a claim for com pensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Law.
On August 24, 1964, a few minutes before the end of his work day, claimant was observed to be standing, with his arms at his side, in the area where the last task assigned to him had been completed by him and approved by the employer’s inspector.
