*317This is an action of ejectment. The plaintiff and defendant own adjoining tracts of land acquired from a common source. Defendants concede that the plaintiff has a perfect title to the land as described in the declaration and in the deed under which he claims; but they deny that under a proper interpretation of such description the true boundary line between their land and the land of the plaintiff is the line contended for by the latter.
