MURPHY, Circuit Judge.
Robert James Blackburn filed for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income (SSI) benefits, alleging that he was disabled due to bipolar disorder, severe explosive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). After a hearing before an administrative law judge (ALJ), Blackburn’s application was denied.
