Wetzel, J.), rendered March 21, 2005, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sexual act in the first degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the first degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to an aggregate term of 25 years, unanimously affirmed.
